Return and Refund Policy

Hey there! At Peach Jam we care that you are satisfied with your purchase. But if it's not quite right, no worries- we've got you covered!

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to return or exchange it. 

Please note that there is no return or exchange for the items on sale. 

Any returned items must be unused, unwashed, with tags on, and in its original packaging (basically, in the same condition you got them).

To start a return, just send us an email at info@peachjam.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you a return label, and once you've packed it up and dropped it off, we'll take care of the rest. 

If your return is approved, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. Your money will go back to the original payment method you used. Please note that the shipping costs a non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake).
